We ship from either our warehouse in 2335 EATLANTIC BLVD 200, POMPANO BEACH, FLORIDA 33062, UNITED STATES or from our international fulfillment partner HENAN YANGZHIHAN TRADING Co., LTD, located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China.
Shipping Options:
We offer three delivery methods to most regions:
NORTH AMERICA
- Economy Shipping – Estimated delivery: 17 to 25 business days
- Express Shipping (Priority) – Estimated delivery: 11 to 17 business days
EUROPE
- Economy Shipping – Estimated delivery: 19 to 25 business days
- Express Shipping (Priority) – Estimated delivery: 13 to 19 business days
OCEANIA
- Economy Shipping – Estimated delivery: 19 to 27 business days
- Express Shipping (Priority) – Estimated delivery: 15 to 19 business days
All shipping options include full Shipping Protection, covering loss, theft, or damage in transit. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to open a claim.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipping.
Tracking Notice:
